Kyle McGee is a dynamic entrepreneur with more than 10 years of experience in real estate development and investment. In 2017, he founded Sunchase Companies, which has since built over 100 homes, completed $42 million in development projects, closed more than $100 million in real estate transactions, and currently owns and manages eight multifamily communities totaling 314 units along the Gulf Coast.

As Founder and CEO, Kyle focuses on growing Sunchase into the region’s leading full-service real estate investment and property management firm. His work centers on cultivating company culture, driving long-term strategy, and fostering strategic relationships.

Kyle is also the author of Built to Lead, a practical, faith-informed guide to leadership rooted in integrity, service, and purpose. Drawing from personal experience, business leadership, and biblical principles, the book reflects the same values that guide his work at Sunchase: clarity, responsibility, and long-term impact. He also hosts The Legacy Builders Podcast, where he speaks with entrepreneurs and leaders about business, leadership, and legacy.

Kyle holds degrees in Finance and Management from Florida State University and is active in local organizations throughout Pensacola. He is passionate about faith, family, and business, and enjoys spending time with his wife Peyton and their three boys—Clark, Camden, and Brooks.
